Today is the Day!

That's right, March 20th is here. It happens to be my mom's birthday, so I like to dedicate the date as the day Spring Crappie Season officially begins! It is also the day that we launched the new website and this little gem of a feature. That being said, I just got the boat back from the shop yesterday. I had some welding work done on the trailer. It was there for a bit, so I haven't been on the water in about a week, but I've heard they are on fire! We are right in that sweet spot of 50-degree nights that Carlyle and Rend crappie love! I am heading out today to get the boat ready for a guide trip on Saturday. I will post the report and some pictures!

Since this is the first post in this Updates gizmo, I will let everyone know that I will be posting all sorts of updates from Miley and my adventures in the outdoors. I won't use it as a diary, but I will post fishing reports, any hunting/scouting reports that I have, as well as some funny stuff here and there.
